What is in the TGS 2025 Package that I receive with my ticket?
Your Commemorative TGS Renaissance Revival Package comes complete with 32 Premium Handmade Cigars from the participating manufacturers, event bag, event hat, event shot glass, event Celtic leather belt pouch, event lighter, event ashtray, event cutter, and event lanyard. Over a $400 value!
When will I receive my TGS 2025 Package?
Live attendees will receive their TGS Packages at the check in booths the day of the event. Packages for all Virtual attendees while begin to ship out at the beginning of March.
What are the entry times and seating arrangements for the Main Event.
VIP Ticket holders will be admitted at Noon EST and have a guaranteed seat in the VIP section. There is literally one seat for every ticket sold. Those who want to be seated together should purchase a table which guarantees a group of 8 can sit together. There is a limited amount of table bookings so be ready on ticket sale day!
General Admission ticket holders will be allowed to enter the event area at 1pm EST. There are many tables and seats in the general admission area.
Will there be food and drinks available at the Main Event?
Included with your entry is an array of delectable food stations prepared for our guests by Chef Richard of Culinary Flair Catering. Also included is a Tasting Punch Card to use at multiple libation stations showcasing fine spirits and beer.
How do I purchase the 2025 TGS Limited Releases and when will they ship?
This year we are proud to work with Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust, Espinosa Cigars, and Rocky Patel Premium Cigars to create three special TGS releases that will be available to all ticket holders first. These Items will be released during special broadcasts on selected dates in the months prior to the event and will ship at the time of ordering. You must have your ticket prior to these release dates to be able to enter the TGS Store where these products will exist. If someone else has bought your ticket for you, you will need to obtain the Reference ID number for your ticket to enter the TGS store. The items will be sold on a first come, first served basis. How can I watch the broadcast if I am participating Virtually?
The LIVE broadcast of the Main Event will be from 12pm – 5pm EST on March 15. You can view the broadcast on the Facebook Pages of The Great Smoke, Smoke Inn, and KMA Talk Radio. The livestream will also be broadcast on Smoke Inn’s YouTube page. Attending the event Live? Watch the broadcast days later and experience The Great Smoke in a whole new way!
I am participating Virtually, how do I make purchases of TGS Event Specials?
To access the TGS Store you must have a TGS ticket attached to your Smoke Inn account. If someone else has bought your ticket for you, you will need to obtain the Reference ID number for your ticket to enter the TGS store. You can access the special TGS store through the homepage of this website or via your Smoke Inn account under “The Great Smoke” tab. DUE TO THE EXPECTED VOLUME OF ORDERS, PLEASE ALLOW 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS ALL ORDERS PLACED IN THE TGS STORE ON EVENT DAY.
What kind of payments will be accepted at the Live event?
ONLY Major Credit Cards will be accepted at the Cigar Manufacturer booths for cigar purchases, they will not accept cash. However, there are other various vendors at the Live event that will accept cash, credit cards and possible other forms of payments.
I am attending Live, can I have my purchases shipped to my home?
YES! This year there will be an onsite shipping station, so you do not have to lug all your goods all event day. If there are no restrictions to ship tobacco to the state you live in, you can have all your goodies packed up at the event, pay right there AND get your tracking!
How do I win some of the amazing prizes that are given away Event Day?
All Live and Virtual ticket holders are automatically entered. If your ticket was purchased as part of a Table Booking, make sure the purchaser of the table logs into their account and goes to The Great Smoke Tab to enter the names of all the attendees of the table. Live attendee winners must pick up their prizes prior to the end of the event. Virtual ticket winners will have their prizes shipped. Shipping fees may apply. Please allow 10-14 business days to ship prizes.
Will tickets be available at the door for any of the ticketed events?
Many of the ticketed events sell out in advance, especially the VIP tickets, Bourbon Tasting, RML Dinner, and Brunch. If any ticketed event is not sold out, tickets will be made available at the door at an increased price.
