When is The Great Smoke 2027: Arabian Nights?
The Great Smoke 2027 will consist of a series of free and ticketed events beginning on Thursday, March 18, and ending on Sunday, March 21. The Great Smoke Main Event will take place on Saturday, March 20, 2027, at the South Florida Fairgrounds. For the full schedule and locations of all events, click here.
Is there an AGE REQUIREMENT to attend The Great Smoke?
Yes. You must be at least 21 years of age to enter the event premises.
When will I receive my TGS Tickets?
TGS tickets are automatically emailed to you within minutes. Can't find the email? No worries. Log into your account and select "The Great Smoke" from your account menu options. Your tickets will be available there digitally for you to view or print.
Can LIVE and VIRTUAL tickets be switched or exchanged after purchase?
No. LIVE and VIRTUAL tickets cannot be switched or exchanged after purchase. You are responsible for confirming that you are purchasing the correct ticket type. ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
Will tickets be available at the door for any of the ticketed events?
Many of the ticketed events sell out in advance, especially VIP tickets, the Whiskey Tasting, the Red Meat Lover's Club Dinner, and the Farewell Brunch. If any ticketed event is not sold out, tickets will be made available at the door at an increased price.
What is included in the TGS 2027 Event Pack I receive with my ticket?
Your commemorative TGS Event Pack comes complete with 32 premium handmade cigars from the participating manufacturers, an event bag, event hat, event shot glass, event lighter, event ashtray, event cutter, and event lanyard. More than a $400 value! LIVE attendees will receive their Event Pack inside a custom-designed Arabian Nights SWAG BOX upon entry.
When will I receive my TGS 2027 Event Pack?
LIVE attendees will receive their TGS Event Packs at the check-in booths on the day of the Main Event. Event Packs for all VIRTUAL attendees will begin shipping at the beginning of March.
What happens to my Event Pack if I purchase a LIVE ticket but cannot attend?
If you purchase a LIVE Event ticket and are unable to attend, you may request to have your Event Pack shipped for a $35 shipping and processing fee per Event Pack. This request must be emailed to info@smokeinn.com no later than Friday, March 12, 2027, at 4:00 PM ET. If Smoke Inn is not notified by email before this deadline, you will be responsible for arranging pickup of your Event Pack from the event location on the day of the Main Event. Any Event Packs remaining unclaimed at the conclusion of the event will be forfeited.
What are the entry times and seating arrangements for the Main Event?
VIP ticket holders will be admitted at 12:00 PM ET and are guaranteed a seat in the VIP section. There is literally one seat for every VIP ticket sold. Guests who want to be seated together should purchase a table, which guarantees that a group of eight can sit together. There is a limited number of table bookings, so be ready on ticket-sale day! General Admission ticket holders will be allowed to enter the event area at 1:00 PM ET. There are many tables and seats in the General Admission area. Final check-in for all LIVE attendees is at 4:00 PM ET. If you do not check in and claim your Event Pack by 4:00 PM ET, you will not be admitted into the event.
What does the VIP Ticket include?
The VIP ticket experience guarantees you a seat in a reserved seating section with the best view of the stage. There is a general seating area for General Admission ticket holders, but those seats are not guaranteed. In addition, you will be able to enter the venue at 12:00 PM ET, one hour before the official start of the event. Furthermore, there will be a dedicated team of servers to wait on our VIP attendees.
Will there be food and drinks available at the Main Event?
Included with your entry is an array of delectable food stations curated and catered by Potions in Motion. Also included is a Tasting Punch Card to use at multiple libation stations showcasing fine spirits and beer.
Can I bring outside food or beverages into the event?
No. Outside food and beverages are not permitted at the event venue.
What kind of payments will be accepted at the LIVE event?
ONLY major credit cards will be accepted at the cigar manufacturer booths for cigar purchases. They will not accept cash. However, other vendors at the LIVE event may accept cash, credit cards, or other forms of payment.
I am attending LIVE. Can I have my purchases shipped to my home?
YES! There will be an onsite shipping station, so you do not have to lug all your goods around throughout the event. If there are no restrictions on shipping tobacco to the state in which you live, you can have all your goodies packed at the event, pay right there, and receive your tracking information.
How can I watch the broadcast if I am participating VIRTUALLY?
The LIVE broadcast of the Main Event will be from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM ET on Saturday, March 20, 2027. You can view the broadcast on the Facebook pages of The Great Smoke, Smoke Inn, and KMA Talk Radio. The livestream will also be broadcast on Smoke Inn's YouTube page. Attending the event LIVE? I am participating VIRTUALLY. How do I make purchases of TGS Event Specials?
To access the TGS Store, you must have a TGS ticket attached to your Smoke Inn account. If someone else purchased your ticket for you, you will need to obtain the Reference ID number for your ticket to enter the TGS Store. You can access the special TGS Store through the homepage of this website or through your Smoke Inn account under the "The Great Smoke" tab. The TGS Online Store will be open all day Saturday, March 20, and all day Sunday, March 21, 2027. DUE TO THE EXPECTED VOLUME OF ORDERS, PLEASE ALLOW 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS ALL ORDERS PLACED IN THE TGS STORE ON EVENT DAY.
How do I purchase the 2027 TGS Limited Releases, and when will they ship?
This year, we are proud to work with Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust, Foundation Cigars, and Protocol Cigars to create three special TGS releases that will be available to all ticket holders, whether LIVE or VIRTUAL. These items will be released during special broadcasts on selected dates in the months before the event and will ship at the time of ordering. You must have your ticket before these release dates to enter the TGS Store where these products will be available. If someone else purchased your ticket for you, you will need the unique Reference ID number shown on your ticket to enter the TGS Store. Tickets can be found in the ticket purchaser's account under the "The Great Smoke" tab in their account settings. The items will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. How do I win some of the amazing prizes that are given away on Event Day?
All LIVE and VIRTUAL ticket holders are automatically entered. If your ticket was purchased as part of a Table Booking, make sure the purchaser of the table logs into their account, goes to the "The Great Smoke" tab, and enters the names of all attendees at the table. LIVE attendee winners must pick up their prizes before the end of the event. VIRTUAL ticket winners will have their prizes shipped. Shipping fees may apply.
